Handwoven belt by Hishuk
This handwoven waist belt is a long braided traditional sash with tassels that wraps twice around the waist, a unique ladies gift. In a combination of black and white, it is always a perfect choice for a sophisticated and timeless look, suitable for all seasons.
The woven band is made on a loom using plain weave, the most basic of three fundamental types of textile weaves. This gives the fabric balance with equal amounts of horizontal and vertical threads showing. It is completely reversible and of very sound structure.
It wraps twice around the waist. You can wear it high or low waisted on the outside of a dress, over a loose shirt, through the belt loops of your favorite jeans or over your coat.
