Shipping and Delivery
How We Do It
Packaging of the items takes place in both our and the artists' premisses, depending on the order.
We exclusively use sustainable and eco-friendly recycled and recyclable materials and follow all appropriate packaging methods for the safest possible delivery of your orders.
Shipments are carried out by our collaborating providers (DHL, Hellenic Post, and TAS Courier) to your given address.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at check-out, based on the preferred shipping method, provider, and given address. We try to maintain the lowest possible fees and at the same time support the work of our collaborating artists.
Under normal circumstances, we expect that you will receive your order within 5-7 working days, if the shipping address is in Greece, or 14-30 working days, if the address is abroad, depending on the location. Should your order take more time to arrive than expected, please contact us.
In view of the recent circumstances, related to the COVID-19 pandemic, delays are likely to occur. We thank you in advance for your understanding and welcome you to contact us in any case.
Returns and Refunds
How It Works
We accept returns and exchanges according to EU rules. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. After that, unfortunately no refund or exchange is possible.
Please note that no refunds will be issued, if we receive your item back with no prior notice.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, where applicable.
We do not accept products that are:
intimate goods, such as beachwear.

To complete your return, we require the receipt number of your order.
After coming in contact with us, you will be given a return code.
Please do not send your purchase back to the artist / designer.
Refunds and credit
Refunds and credit coupons may be offered for any product you purchase within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is in mint condition and acceptable according to the paragraph above.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or bank account. Pay-on-delivery orders must be refunded in person in our offices, at 62-64 Amvrosiou Frantzi, Athens, 11744, Greece.
In case you prefer to be reimbursed through a credit coupon, we will issue and e-mail you one, after receiving the returned order.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We also provide an exchange for any item you purchase, where applicable. Just send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to 62-64 Amvrosiou Frantzi, Athens, 11744, Greece. After having received your return, we will notify you and organize the shipping of your new item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased by someone else and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
To return your product, you should mail it to 62-64 Amvrosiou Frantzi, Athens, 11744, Greece.
Please note that we cover the shipping costs for returning your item. We will require a photo of the receipt of your shipping, which you can send to our e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org. We only require that returns of any orders be carried out with standard post, unless a different arrangement is made.
