This unisex pendant by Margarita Myrogianni's Greek Collection is inspired from the marble head of a lion from the Parthenon, 438-432 BCE. It is available in brass and comes with a matching chain.
 
It possibly represents the Nemean Lion, killed by Hercules as the first of  his 12 Labours, and immortalised by goddess Hera in the night sky as the constellation Leo.
