The design for these earrings draws its inspiration from the numerous egyptian and greek representations of empress Cleopatra bearing the crown of Hathor, the egyptian cow goddess, in combination with the vulture wings, the symbol of Upper Egypt, and the Uraeus, the royal symbol of cobra goddess Wadjet who protected the Lower Egypt. The piece interprets creatively the ancient symbols, modernizing the character of the jewel, making it timeless and minimal.
